Therefore, all clients of Neepz.com have the obligation to follow the standard of repudiation of SPAM, and is responsible for compliance with the rule of not practicing SPAM under any circumstances and under any pretext. The e-mail for complaints against SPAM that has been sent by a customer of Neepz Webhosting is spam@neepz.com.

Basic instructions to minimize accusations of the practice of spam:

Do not send "newsletters" assuming that recipients would like to receive them.

When you put a field "sign your e-mail" in your site, always ask for confirmation of this by sending an email message to customers asking if he was the one who registered.

Do not buy e-mail lists. This is illegal and certainly will generate complaints of sending SPAM from your site.

Do not believe any seller that ensures you that the recipients to receive messages approve to be in his email list. That is a lie.

If any visitor to your site registers as a client, that does not mean he has accepted to receive your mailings. The client must explicitly ask to receive your mail advertising.

If you have a program to register all e-mails of people who send questions to your site and you use that list to send emails, this will certainly be accused of SPAM.

There is no UK legislation on the subject, so there is no valid argument that the e-mails sent can not be considered SPAM due to any conference or legislation, both domestic and foreign.
