How long does it take to create my account?
During our office hours (2p.m.-9p.m), your account will be released within two hours after confirmation of payment. Requests made outside normal office hours will be released early next business day.

Where is Neepz.com?
The Neepz's administrative headquarters are located in Sao Paulo - SP - Brazil, Lisbon - Portugal and London - UK, and its infrastructure is located in Houston, TX - USA.

What is the limit for sending emails?
The limit is 250 messages per day for each e-mail account for both hosting plans and blog plans.

What are the payment methods?
PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Dinners).

How to get the charges of my plan?
The charges will be sent to the e-mails registered with ten days before the due date. The collection is made in advance, the first was paid to then have the right to host space.

If we failed to receive the collection in your e-mail, contact through financeiro@neepz.com, check whether the e-mail sent not dropped in the box of anti-spam and confirm your e-mail for sending of charges.

The Neepz.com makes backups?
The Neepz.com makes a backup weekly aiming always keep a backup and continuity of service in case of technical problems with the server.

NOTE: The backups will only be restored in case of technical problems.
